PTA membership is $5.00 for Siegrist teachers/staff and $10.00 for Siegrist families.

If you prefer not to use the online link above, please fill out the 2025-2026 Membership Form and return with a check payable to Siegrist Elementary PTA to the Siegrist Elementary office. Please do not send cash.
